Lost & Found Policy

Core Transit is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. However, we are committed to assisting passengers in recovering their belongings whenever possible.

Items found on buses or at bus stops are sent to one of two designated Lost & Found locations. Each item is logged into a shared database, along with its storage location, to facilitate tracking.

Owners are responsible for retrieving their items from the appropriate Lost & Found location.

Upon request, items can be transferred between Lost & Found sites to make pick-up more convenient.

For assistance or to inquire about a lost item, please contact our customer service team by email at info@coretransit.org or (970)328-3520 during business hours to speak directly with a representative.
