Public Records

The Core Transit board meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 12-2pm at Avon Council Chambers, except for April 9, 2025 and September 10, 2025, when the meetings will be held from 6pm - 8pm. Residents are encouraged to join in-person or virtually. If you are not able to attend you can send your public comment/feedback to Board@CoreTransit.org. 

To request public records under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), please submit your request in writing to info@coretransit.org. Include a detailed description of the requested records and your contact information (phone number and email address) to facilitate communication regarding your request. If processing a records request takes over an hour, a fee of $41.37 per hour will apply.
